PrepNation 101 Preseason Countdown: No. 59 Shiloh Christian

PrepNation.com continues the most comprehensive package of preseason high school football rankings ever published. We are counting down the PrepNation 101 Preseason High School Football Rankings, from No. 101 to No. 26, leading up to the release of the official preseason National Prep Poll on August 3.

59. Shiloh Christian (Springdale, Ark.)
Last season: 13-1, Class 4A state champion
Coach: Josh Floyd
Key players: QB Kiehl Frazier (6-2, 210, Jr.), LB Mitchell Roberts (6-3, 240, Sr.), DT Samuel Harvill (6-1, 260, Jr.), OT Travis Bodenstein (6-4, 290, Jr.), RB-DB Garrett Harper (5-10, 175, Jr.), WR-DB Zann Jones (6-0, 180, Jr.), DB Wilson Huett (5-10, 175, Sr.), OL Josh Salsbury (6-0, 240, Sr.)
Outlook: The Saints return eight offensive starters and six on defense from a team that outscored opponents by an average of 47-11 last season despite losing to Evangel Christian (Shreveport, La.), 47-9, in the opening game. Frazier had the offense clicking on all cylinders by season’s end. He earned state championship game MVP accolades and totaled 1,447 passing and 990 rushing yards with 32 total touchdowns for the season. His top weapons also return in fellow juniors Jones (23 touchdowns in two seasons) and Harper (1,300 all-purpose yards in ’08). The offensive line has good size and experience with Bodenstein and Salbury, who both have started since their freshmen seasons. Anchoring the defense are Roberts, an all-state pick as a junior, and Harvill, a tremendous nose guard who can bench press 530 pounds.

Greenwood is has won 3 of the last 4 State Titles at the 5A level. I don't think I would call them no one. FYI, Shiloh defeated 7A power Fayetteville 35-3 in a half last night in dominating fashion.
