Key players: DT-OT Tim McAdoo (6-2, 320, Sr.), CB-RB Zack Barnes (6-0, 185, Sr.), OG-DT Darius Coffey (6-1, 225, Sr.), TE-LB Joell Keeling (6-0, 210, Sr.), DE Austin Murray (6-3, 245, Sr.), QB Christian Adams (5-11, 165, Jr.)
Outlook: With seven starters returning on each side of the ball, the Patriots are poised to win back-to-back state titles. Interior line player will be one of the team’s strengths. That’s where you will find returning all-state performer McAdoo. Returning defenders Barnes (10 passes broken up) and Murray (65 tackles) were all-region selections. Returning to lead the offense is Adams, who started half of Oakland’s games as a sophomore.
