PrepNation 101 Preseason Countdown: No. 83 Arrowhead

PrepNation.com continues the most comprehensive package of preseason high school football rankings ever published. We are counting down the PrepNation 101 Preseason High School Football Rankings, from No. 101 to No. 26, leading up to the release of the official preseason National Prep Poll on August 3.

83. Arrowhead (Hartland, Wis.)
Last season: 13-1, Division I state runner-up
Coach: Tom Taraska
Key players: QB Tom Parish (6-4, 204, Sr.), RB Brian Crook (5-11, 185, Sr.), WR Russ Finco (5-11, 170, Sr.), LB Matt Boerner (6-2, 192, Sr.), LB Derek Landisch (6-1, 212, Jr.), OG Brad Fisher (6-4, 285, Sr.), OT Jake Lindenberg (6-7, 317, Sr.)
Outlook: The Warhawks have reached the state championship game an amazing nine times the last 16 seasons, winning four titles during that span. Despite graduating four Division I players from last season’s runner-up squad, there are still 14 starters returning. Parish, a Minnesota recruit, will follow in the footsteps of his father and grandfather by playing football in the Big Ten. Crook returns after an electrifying junior season in which he had 2,546 rushing yards and 45 touchdowns. The linebacker corps features returning all-conference performer Boerner and Landisch, whom Taraska believes is a future Division I prospect.
