Propst adds to staff at Colquitt County

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Thursday that former Hoover (Ala.) coach Rush Propst has added another coach to his staff.

Jack Hines, a former Clemson assistant coach and head coach at Ola HS, will Prospt's defensive coordinator at Colquitt County HS in Moultrie, Ga.

Propst, who led Hoover to five Class 6A state titles between 2000-2005 and an appearance on the short-lived MTV reality show "Two-a-Days," was hired at Colquitt County HS in January.

He resigned under fire from Hoover under a cloud of scandal, which included allegations of grade-fixing and playing ineligible players.

Propst will have his work cut out for him at Colquitt County. The Packers finished 2-8 last season playing in Region I-5A, arguably the toughest in the state of Georgia.
