Week 12 National Prep Football Poll released

URBANDALE, Iowa -- For the fifth time in the last 11 weeks, no teams ranked in the National Prep Poll Top 25 were defeated. In fact, only two of the 70 teams in the national and regional polls lost, leading to very little shakeup in the first rankings for the month of November.

Despite no Top 25 teams losing, one team moved into the national rankings this week. Stone Bridge (Ashburn, Va.) nudged up to No. 25, replacing undefeated Southern California power Servite (Anaheim) in the national poll. Stone Bridge, the top-ranked team in the Washington, D.C., metro area, is outscoring opponents by an average of 39 points per game and could challenge No. 6 Phoebus (Hampton) for the Virginia Division 5 championship later this season. The Bulldogs were the last team to defeat the Phantoms, who own a 39-game winning streak.

I know you have Dorman nationally ranked, but I've seen Dorman and Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC) play and not only is Northwestern the better team of the two, but Northwestern may very well be the best team in South Carolina and deserves serious consideration for your top 25.
