The Duncanville Panthers, who have won 74 of their last 76 games and are bidding for their second 5A title in three seasons, take the top spot in the first national high school basketball rankings of the season.
Duncanville will feature a starting lineup with five major Division I prospects, including four already committed to Big 12 universities.
The Panthers' schedule might be the toughest in the nation, with the opportunity to play at least a half dozen fellow preseason Top 25 teams.

I can't believe you have White Station listed in the top 25. They didn't even win the Tn State Tourney last season. What happened to Briarcrest Christian. Briarcrest beat White Station last year and won the Tn State Tourney!
Central PA b-ball...Harrisburg High,Steel-High(STATE CHAMPS),Susquehanna Township(RUNNER-UP)...all loaded....keep an eye on all 3 schools.
White Station plays in AAA district, which is much tougher than the district Briarcrest plays.Yes,Briarcrest won by 2 pts at the buzzer last year against a young White Station squad. This year will be quite different, please attend.White Station vs. Briarcrest tomorrow 11/18/08.
You need to take a look at Life Center out of Burlington, NJ. just played Oak Hill to the wire at the Spartan Tip-Off in Gastonia,N.C. They need to be ranked on your site!
Greetings and a Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours,
I just wanted to pass along a nice Chicago Sun Times article about my son Mike Gabriel. It basically lists him as the number three Post Player in Illinois.
Mike continues to work hard on the court and as a co-captain of his Lincoln Park Lions is doing really impressive & great work in the paint. He also continues to excel at school as well. His last report card’s GPA was an remarkable 3.88.
Here is that article:

17. Lincoln Park: For the first time in years the Lions don't have a superstar. But they do have one of the best frontcourts in the city with 6-5 powerhouse Cortney Bell and 6-7 workhorse Mike Gabriel. If young guards Demarko Nash and Rashad Wahab play to their potential, the Lions will make some noise.
Take care and God bless.
Fred Gabriel
