Ask Miami's Boyd Anderson's 6A prep high school team, formerly # 2 in the State of Florida, who the
Lakeland Dreadnaughts are and why
the Dreadnaughts are not ranked.
The Lakeland Dreadnaughts remain undeafeated with a 49 game winning streak. And, yes, they're coming off a run of 3 straight State 5A titles and did beat St. Xavier of Cincinnati at home in Cincinnati last September.
And there's more.......From last year's team they lost 8 players to
the Univ. of Florida, 1 to LSU and 1 to USF and more players to lesser
ranked College teams. We're young
but we just keep on winning. Yes, ask Miami's Boyd Anderson High how
much they enjoyed coming to Lakeland, Florida to play against
Coach Bill Castle's Dreadnaughts!!
