Starting to look like the old Chris Lawlor USA Today poll.

Like why the heck is Lakeland Fla ranked that low, having played the toughest schedule of any ranked Florida team and is 65-2 over 5 years. But i guess you will just do them like 2004, when they should easily finished top 4 in any poll that year along with Colerain, SLC, and Mission. Again 2004 they take on the toughest schedule in the state and won out, yet finished #9.

While I don't always agree with it, ESPN has been doing a pretty decent job so far. And seems to have pasted this poll.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15640485.post-36282420830368224112008-11-26T10:22:00.000-06:002008-11-26T10:22:00.000-06:00How can a team not ranked beat a team ranked #11 a...How can a team not ranked beat a team ranked #11 and get to #8. That makes me question what it takes to get ranked in this poll.kballerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08176205050653971129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15640485.post-8252600541922963662008-11-25T21:38:00.000-06:002008-11-25T21:38:00.000-06:00Long Beach Poly moves up 3 spots on the basis of a...Long Beach Poly moves up 3 spots on the basis of a 4 point win in their 1st round playoff game.
I just don't get your system, Camden County this week beat a Northside WR team with a legitimate 1A RB that plays in the toughest region in Georgia and has lost only to #3 Lowndes this year.
This late in the season no team should vault into the top 10 from an unrated status on the basis of a single win, top 25 maybe or a stretch into the top 20 if they beat a legitimate top 10 team, but no team jumps 15 or more spots this late in the game.
Just my .02Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15640485.post-33093532063489643542008-11-25T17:57:00.000-06:002008-11-25T17:57:00.000-06:00BYRNES REBELS WILL WIN THIS FRIDAYBYRNES REBELS WILL WIN THIS FRIDAYAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15640485.post-27726816720096938252008-11-25T17:00:00.000-06:002008-11-25T17:00:00.000-06:00Again I don't understand how Camden County can bea...Again I don't understand how Camden County can beat Northside Warner Robbins "a Power" and drop one spot while 3 previously NR teams vault past them including one that went to #8 by defeating #11. HUH?
Is there some bias against having 2 teams from Georgia in their rightful spots in the top 10.
You move teams out through defeat and move unranked teams in above established teams that have been ranked all season. Did these teams suddenly become great or did you just miss them all season?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
